Bridget was born and raised in the Houston area and has lived and worked in surrounding areas most of her life. This has given her the chance to become very familiar with several areas and get to know many people as friends and business owners.

What she enjoys most about being a Realtor is being able to help people; whether it be helping them find the perfect home or selling/leasing their home. Picking your place to call home is an important decision and she will make sure you find the one that is right for you, even if there are challenges along the way. She also understands that selling or leasing your home can be very stressful, but she is great at making the process very simple for you, with vast marketing resources at her disposal.

Before she became a Realtor in 2011 (and for years after), she worked for a vacation rental and property management company in Galveston for several years. For the company, she played every role at one time or another, including taking on new vacation rental properties all over the island, taking property photos and listing the properties online for rentals, working with owners to make sure their properties were generating a satisfactory ROI while being marketed efficiently, attending Chamber of Commerce events to educate herself further about the industry, everything property management related, leasing unfurnished long-term rentals and many other tasks. This experience alone gave her an extensive knowledge of marketing, property management, Galveston island itself, vacation rentals and more! This has been very helpful to her when helping her clients in every aspect of real estate.

What really sets her apart from other agents is her marketing knowledge and her willingness to help people, by making sure they get the best possible and least stressful experience.

Bridget is happily married to her husband, David, who is eager to learn more about the real estate investing side of the business along with her. They have been blessed with 3 children and as a family enjoy fishing, being on the water, traveling and spending time with other family and friends.

Flor Mercado has been a Realtor since 2004. She took time off from real estate for several years to spend time with her family, but has been back in real estate since September 2016. Welcome to my About Me :) I'm a Houston/Alvin native. Born and raised here with the exception of living in Clearwater, Florida for a few years when I was younger. I graduated from Manvel High School in 2010 then spent a few years at ACC trying to decide what I wanted to do. Started with some basics, tossed around the idea of getting a degree in Business but ended up leaving a certified Pharmacy Technician. I had my daughter not long after and decided to stay home with her! After a few years at home and marrying my junior high sweetheart, I started working as a receptionist for an industrial company in Pasadena until I had our second child. I knew after having our son, I was NOT going back to an 8-5 Monday through Friday job. I knew I wanted to stay ever-present for my family, so I needed something very flexible. My mom had her real estate license at the time and that's when the spark ignited! My whole family helped make it a possibility! The rest is history ;p I want to leave off with a few FAQ/Answers so when you call me to help you buy your home or list it, we can get straight to business!! How long have I been in Real Estate? - Since October 12th 2017, I have been helping families and individuals achieve one of the greatest goals in life, homeownership! Do I work with buyers or sellers? - Both! I have plenty resources for both buyers and sellers to ensure the process is smooth. Do I have referrals from past clients? - Absolutely :) you can find referrals & reviews on all social media, Google, HAR, Zillow etc! How much do I charge? - For buyers, 0. For sellers, it's an agreed upon % of the sales price. How do I get paid? - I get paid at the closing table from the sellers. J.J. (Judy) McElreath is a native of Groves, Texas; but has lived in the Houston/Alvin area for most of her life. She was employed by Magcobar (M-I/SWACO), a major oilfield service company based in Houston, for over 35 years. Held numerous management positions within the Production/Purchasing & Logistics department; the last position with MI/Swaco was Manager of Production Planning. The major assets she brings to Real Estate are experience and expertise in purchasing, documentation, problem solving and negotiating. She served for fifteen years as an officer on the Board of Directors for Southern Star Credit Union (formerly Dresser Central Credit Union). Has been an active agent in the Texas Real Estate market for the past fifteen years. Served as treasurer of the Texas Good Sams' RV organization for seven years; and was on the security staff for the National RV Rally's for 4 years. Enjoys traveling and family get togethers.
