Kimberly Johnson is a third generation Texas Real Estate Broker, born and raised in Katy, Texas. Kimberly graduated a year early from Katy High School and went on to graduate from Texas A&M University. Starting at 14, Kim gained valuable experience in land development while working for her fathers engineering and surveying company, Clay & Leyendecker, Inc., where she still fills in when needed today. After A&M, Kim went to work for Stewart Relocation, a division of Stewart Title. She learned the title business and relocated mid-level managers through CEOs across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. At the advice of her broker/rancher grandfather she obtained her real estate license for her own investment purposes in 2008, joining the company her grandfather founded in 1978. She enjoys flipping homes and investing but she quickly realized that all of her experience had cumulated into something she really enjoyed and that was helping her friends and family buy homes, farms/ranches, and investment properties. She left Stewart Title to pursue this career that has been a natural fit for her love of helping people and the love of the hunt for the right property. In 2016 Kim was named a "Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star in Real Estate" by the Houston Association of Realtors. Kim sat on an advisory board for the Houston Association of Realtors from 2015-2017. Kim took over her Grandfathers company, with her cousin, Currie Luedecke, in 2017. She was named a Director with the South Central Board of Realtors in 2019. She has been married to her husband, Ross, for 16 years and has two daughters that she foresees being the 4th generation in this business.

Hi! My name is Daphne Powers and I am first generation Dutch American! Lived in Katy, Texas where I attended and graduated from Katy High School and then went on to Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I have a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art which I believe gives me an advantage in the real estate world.
Currently living in the Bellville area allows me to share what this area has to offer to potential buyers who are looking to get out of big cities. Small town living is done right in Austin & Washington Counties while still being close enough to bigger city amenities. I love to be outdoors, ranch, paint, create, read, cook, hunt, garden and go on adventures with my family in our camper.
I enjoy getting to know all walks of life. I believe in treating people the way you want to be treated and aim to keep my clients happy and make the home buying & selling process fun!

A note from Lea Ann: I am so proud to be able to call myself a native Texan, born and raised in Austin, Texas! I began my real estate career at the age of 27 in the beautiful community of Friendswood, Texas. I was excited to be working with and learning from the Friendswood Mayor and Broker/Owner of Century 21 KEY Realtors, Mrs. Evelyn Newman. After dedicating 8 years to that firm, I made the decision to join RE/MAX in the Clear Lake area where I enjoyed a challenging and successful career before gravitating back towards the beautiful Texas Hill Country that I call home. After 32 years, I still very much enjoy my chosen career as a real estate professional. I have earned the distinguished Accredited Buyer Representative Designation through the National Association of Realtors and am the proud Broker and Owner of Living Texas Real Estate located in beautiful downtown & historic Columbus, Texas. I am a dedicated real estate professional who will be excited in helping you find your new home or that perfect piece of land, or if it's time to sell your property, give me a call! I'd love to meet you!
Penny was born and raised in Eagle Lake, Colorado County and has lived here all of my life. Living in a small town makes you really know people and also the land that makes this area. Her passion has always been real estate whether it was when she worked for a Mortgage Company in the construction lending department with new home builders or just riding out on a piece of property loving the fresh air and scenery. Life does not get any better than that. Penny has been a real estate agent for 18 years and truly likes to explain to the buyer or seller understand what the process is from listing /or buying the property to each step along the way to the signing at closing. If there is ever a question that you do not understand, your agent is the one who you need to feel most comfortable with asking them to explain as there is no question too small. Buying a property is one of the most important steps in someone's life and the buyer should feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Penny is active in her church and also in her family activities. She is also loves animals from her dog, cat, horses and cattle. Please do not hesitate to call her with any of your real estate needs
A native Texan raised in Plano, Sally enjoys being a dedicated wife, Mom, Gimme, and active community member. These roles have allowed her to cultivate positive relationships in all aspects of her life. Her formal education includes a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and later a return to academia to earn a M. Ed. from University of Houston-Victoria. She devoted her career to serving the needs of her local community by committing over 25 years to private and public PK-12 schools and higher education institutions. Upon returning to College Station and fulfilling a dream to work at Texas A&M University, the exciting opportunity to try her hand at real estate presented itself. During her spare time from a full-time career, Sally began to research and learn all she could about real estate and the market. She approached real estate with the same passion as her experience in the field of education. Sally has now returned to her hometown in Colorado County and is looking forward to serving the needs of family, friends, and local and new community members.
